Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur «Akbarov Sardor Shukhratjonovich» (registration number 9873647), registered address: Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa, Stepana Kuvykina St. 7. Operator offices: Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa, Stepana Kuvykina St. 7, and Republic of Uzbekistan, Fergana, Alisher Navoi St. 44. Referred to below as «we», «the operator». Website: https://yuzur.ru.

This policy is drawn up in line with the laws of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data») and the Republic of Uzbekistan (Law No. ZRU-547 «On Personal Data») and applies to all data the operator receives through the site.

2. What data we collect

Data you enter in the form yourself:

• name — required;
• phone number — required;
• email address, Telegram username, your website address, comment text — optional.

Data collected automatically when a request is sent and while the site runs:

• IP address and date of the request — to limit automated spam through the form;
• the address of the page the request was sent from and campaign tags (utm tags) — to see which channel brought the enquiry;
• technical values in your browser storage: the chosen theme, interface language, the last opened knowledge base section, and whether you closed the cookie notice.

We do not collect or ask for special categories of data: health, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, or biometric data.

3. Why we do this

• to contact you about your request, answer your question and agree the terms of work;
• to prepare and send an audit, a proposal or a cost estimate;
• to perform the contract if we start working together;
• to protect the form from spam and automated submissions;
• to improve the site and understand which channels bring enquiries — in anonymised form.

Data is not used or passed to third parties for advertising.

4. On what legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent. It is given by a separate action: ticking the «I consent to the processing of personal data» box before submitting the form. Without this tick the form is not sent. The consent is recorded together with the request, with the date and time.

If we sign a contract, further processing is also carried out to perform it and to the extent required by law (accounting and tax records).

5. How to withdraw consent and what you can request

At any time you have the right to:

• find out what data of yours we hold and receive a copy of it;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent and request deletion of the data;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• file a complaint with the supervisory authority: Roskomnadzor in Russia, or the authorised state body for personal data protection in Uzbekistan.

To do this, write to [email protected] from the address or number you provided, or send a letter to the operator's registered address. We will reply and fulfil the request within 10 working days. After consent is withdrawn we delete the data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

6. Who the data is shared with

Request data is seen only by the operator and the people directly working with the client. The data also passes through services the site cannot run without:

• the hosting provider — the site is hosted on its server and the request log is stored there;
• Telegram — the request reaches us as a messenger notification;
• web analytics services — where connected, they process anonymised visit data.

Data is disclosed to state authorities only on an official request and in cases expressly provided for by law.

7. Transfer outside the country

The request notification is delivered through Telegram, whose servers are located outside the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan. By submitting the form you consent to this cross-border transfer, limited to the data you provided. The primary record of the request is kept on the server hosting the site.

8. How long we keep it

Request data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years from your last enquiry. If you withdraw consent, we delete it sooner. Data we are legally required to retain (for example, documents on a completed contract) is kept for the period set by law.

9. How we protect the data

• the site runs over the secure HTTPS protocol;
• access to requests is limited to the people who need it for their work;
• service files and logs are closed to direct access from the internet;
• the form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limited;
• connections to external services are verified by certificate.

10. Cookies and browser storage

The site stores technical values in your browser: the chosen theme, language, the last opened knowledge base section and a note that you closed the cookie notice. These values are needed for the interface to work, are not sent to us and cannot identify you.

If analytics or advertising services are connected to the site, they may use their own cookies. You can disable them in your browser settings — the site will keep working, though some conveniences may be lost.

11. Children's data

The site is intended for business owners and representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data has reached us by mistake, let us know and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Material changes take effect from the moment of publication.
