About us

Since 2015 we have done the same thing: build what works

YUZUR did not start as a marketing agency. It started as development. First websites, then mobile apps, then our own product for clinics. Promotion came later — once we saw that a good product with no clients stays a good product with no clients.

That order is why we are built differently from an ordinary agency. We do not «do SEO on top of someone else's site» — we understand how that site works inside, because we write them ourselves.

Who's behind this

Akbarov Sardor

Founder and lead specialist of YUZUR

I have been writing code since 2015 and have not stopped. I started out freelancing — first sites to order, other people's specifications, revisions in the evenings. In 2018 I built the first version of StomPro and closed it when the money ran out, in 2020 I moved into mobile development, and in 2025 I brought StomPro back. I came to promotion not out of interest in marketing but out of frustration: too many good projects I had built myself stayed unknown to anyone.

That is why promotion at YUZUR starts with the technical side. I personally run every project — from the first audit to the point where the flow of requests becomes predictable. I do not believe in «guaranteed first place». I believe in clean methods, transparent reports and numbers you can see in your own CRM.

Where the name comes from

YUZUR — from my son's name

My son is called Yusuf. YUSUF and YUZUR share one shape, one root: the same four sounds around the middle. The name was not invented in a brainstorm or picked because the domain was free.

That is also where the attitude to the work comes from. When a company carries your child's name, delivering badly is shameful.

How it happened

One road since 2015

We came to marketing from development, not the other way round. That explains almost everything about how we work.

  1. 2015

The first site built to order

It began with code and with freelancing. Markup, back-end, other people's specifications and endless revisions. In those years we built only websites, and we built them by hand — no builders, no ready-made templates. Several dozen projects in a row formed habits that never left: clean code, speed as a requirement, analytics from day one. And this is where the first unwelcome discovery came — the client got an excellent site and the requests did not increase. The site was ready, and nobody could find it.

  2. 2018

    StomPro: the first version

Our own product for dental clinics. Not a commission but our own build: scheduling, patients, bookings. It worked and people used it. And it closed — not because it was bad, but because the money ran out. A product needs investment long before it starts returning any, and that is where we hit the wall. The lesson was expensive and precise: a product is not «finish the features», it is first of all economics you have to calculate in advance.

  3. 2020

    Mobile development

Android apps. A different world: hard performance requirements, someone else's publishing rules, and a user who deletes the app within a minute if it lags. After mobile work, our standards for web projects rose on their own — what the web calls fast, mobile development calls slow.

  4. 2025

    StomPro comes back

The same product, rebuilt from scratch. Not patched but rethought: with a proper interface we are not embarrassed by, and everything a clinic actually needs day to day. The second attempt differs from the first in one way — this time we knew in advance where it breaks. Not in the code, but in the money and the support.

  5. Today

YUZUR — a digital growth system

Development, promotion and analytics in one pair of hands. We do not take a project to «do SEO» — we answer for the whole chain: the person found you, arrived, understood, left a request, reached a deal. We can build every link of that chain ourselves, because we once built each of them separately. And broke each of them at least once on ourselves.

Our own product

StomPro

CRM, ERP and a medical system for dental clinics

We do not only take commissions — we have our own product that real clinics run on every day. The first version launched in 2018 and closed when the money ran out. We rebuilt it in 2025, and today more than fifty clinics across five countries work in StomPro, in five interface languages.

This is not one scheduler but the whole clinic in a single window: patients and the dental chart, money and stock, staff and reports — over twenty modules. A mistake here is expensive: if the schedule does not open in the morning, the clinic loses its day. That standard carried over to client work — we treat a three-hundred-dollar website and a system that revenue depends on exactly the same way.

  • Our own product, not a resold one
  • A second attempt after an honestly closed first one
  • 50+ clinics in five countries, support around the clock
  • We measure results in bookings and money, not features

How we work

Four rules we do not bend

No marketing department wrote these. Each one came out of a specific project where we did the opposite.

01

We count your money, not our own work

The report does not say «optimisation work performed». It says what was spent, how many enquiries came, what a client cost. If a channel does not pay off, we will be the first to say so — even when staying quiet would suit us better.

02

The accounts are always yours

Domain, hosting, ad accounts and analytics are registered to you. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take everything, accumulated statistics included. Holding a client hostage is a poor basis for a relationship.

03

We do not promise what we do not control

We do not guarantee first place — an algorithm decides that, not us. We guarantee the volume of work, the timelines and transparency. And we say in advance at which numbers we will admit the plan did not work.

04

Technical work first, advertising second

Driving traffic to a slow site with a broken form means paying for people to leave. First we fix the foundation, then we pour people into it. That order holds, however much you want it faster.
